HOW TO ORDER

Step 1 Inquiry

Please feel free to contact us by e-mail.
If you would like to purchase an off-the-shelf in product page, please specify the desired product name and purchase conditions such as quantity and the delivery date.
If you want a custom product, please tell us the product name you referred to and relevant information for our reference.

Step 2 Briefing

Based on the content of the inquiry, we will answer.
In the case of custom products, we will discuss the details with you based on the information from you and we will make the best proposal.
After consultation, we will make an estimate and delivery date with the agreed specifications.
Basically, the quote presents the Japanese yen prepayment terms, EXW (Incoterms 2000) price.
(For China domestic trade, the person in charge of Maruichi (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. will provide the condition at the time of quotation separately.)
If different trade terms are desired, we will decide upon consultation before ordering.

Step 3 Ordering and Payment

Once you agree to the quote, please order by e-mail.
We can accept advance payment via PayPal (through which you may use a credit card) or bank transfer in Japanese yen.
We request that the customer bears the cost for handling fees.

Step 4 Manufacturing and Delivery

After payment is confirmed from you, the existing products will be shipped to the agreed delivery date.
For custom products or made-to-order products, we will start manufacturing products.
Orders are shipped EXW (Incoterms 2000) unless specified otherwise.
The shipping location is stated in the quote.
You must arrange a carrier on the delivery date we announced.
