"Waless": A Self-Sealing Trap for air conditioning drain water

●　We adopted a design with a highly airtight membrane unlike other conventional products.
●　Because the seal is made without water, there is no loss of seal due to evaporation during long periods of disuse, such as winter.
●　It is not affected by positive or negative pressure from other instruments or outside air.
●　Maintenance can be easily done without tools because the membrane can be fully removed with the inspection cap.
●　We have prepared two types of membranes: a cone type for vertical piping and an umbrella type for vertical and horizontal piping.
●　For indoor installation, the body is transparent so the inside is easy to visually inspect.
●　For outdoor installation, a weather resistant resin is used for excellent durability.
●　We also have fittings for steel pipe connections and barometric pressure test jigs.

●　The cover plate can be easily removed with one hand without removing the elbow, making it is easy to clean.
●　All the parts can be removed while the hose is still connected, and the bottom of the trap can be cleaned.
●　The newly designed foam-stopping pipe generates a vortex, and the dirt flows by its momentum.
●　The generated vortex force also cleans the inside of the trap.
●　Floor thickness applies to 35 mm or less. The bottom of the trap is flat with the inside of the drainage pipe, so dirt and water will not stagnate.
